Our services to tenants

We offer prospective tenants quality accommodation throughout the Merseyside region. We believe it is important that all our tenants are satisfied with their property and therefore, all properties available for rent will be clean, tidy and ready for occupation.

We are keen to ensure all maintenance issues are addressed quickly and efficiently for your enjoyment of the property throughout the tenancy. We have a team of approved contractors to meet general maintenance issues and emergencies.

When you move into a property, we inform the local authorities and utility suppliers (gas, electricity and water) on your behalf. This will save you time, effort and ensure you do not receive any utility bills which do not relate to your tenancy. You will be required to organize your phone and tv connection.
