1. In which areas do you have properties?

We currently manage properties in all areas of Merseyside as well as Manchester, Caddishead, Wigan and Warrington. These range from exclusive developments to suburban properties in typical residential areas. We also manage a number of commercial premises.

2. What references will I require?

References for your current employer, someone of good local standing or a support agency. Where appropriate credit checks will be carried out.

3. What are your fees?

We do not charge prospective tenants any fees.

4. How much is the deposit?

A deposit is not always required as we consider a guarantor more valuable. As a rule of thumb four weeks rent in advance will be required.

5. Do you accept benefit applicants ?

A large proportion of our tenants are in receipt of some form of benefit and we do not discriminate in any way when considering an application for a property.

6. What bills will I have to pay?

At the onset of a tenancy tenants take liability for all utility bills along with council tax and tv license.

7. What am I responsible for?

You are responsible for the general upkeep of the property and respect for any items that may be included in an inventory.

8. What about repairs and maintenance?

We have a dedicated maintenance team to deal with all emergencies and liaise closely with landlords in improving their properties.

9. How long is my tenancy for?

Initially we offer all tenants a six month AST tenancy, shorter or longer tenancies are available subject to negotiation.

10. How will I pay my rent?

Standing order is our preferred method but we have a dedicated team of representatives who will call out, also the facility to take payment into any of our shops.
