Following the successful launch of our new main office in Derby Road, Bootle, we have now centralised administration for the main domestic/commercial lettings and sales. Within this building is also the charitable organisation for landlords called The Rent Dodger Data Base, and the Traffic Offences Charity Assistance. We are delighted to announce that our new main office at 32-40 Derby Road, Bootle, L20 1AD will open at the end of this month. These larger premises will help streamline all aspects of our business, and in many cases be able to provide a ‘One Stop Shop’ type facility for our landlords and tenants alike.
To facilitate this, we are incorporating two of our offices (Townsend Lane and West Derby Road) into the new main office, meaning that the accounts enquiries will be dealt with at Derby Road. The Townsend and West Derby offices will then be closed permanently.
Our other offices at Oakfield Road, Kensington, Wavertree and Birkenhead will still be open for business as usual.
Existing telephone numbers will remain the same.
Since our last update, we’ve upgraded many of our operating procedures to provide a more efficient service to landlords and tenants alike. The benefits of these changes are now beginning to show. Our latest office in Wavertree handles all of our Sales properties, listings of which can be seen either in this website or via main property portals such as Zoopla.
In the previous month, we have recorded a total of 181,888 online viewings for sales and rentals, from which we receive a corresponding number of enquiries by email and telephone. This has resulted in a turnover of over 25% of our current rentals in the past week. This is good news for our current landlords and tenants, although the downside for us is that we are constantly looking for new properties to rent out in some areas!
This year has seen a lot of time, effort and investment into developing the company into what it is today. Feedback from our customers (whether as landlords or tenants) constantly helps shape the direction our company. Staff meetings are now a regular event, and in this blog we’re aiming to provide a chronological account of the issues that we are addressing and the directions that we’re taking.
